How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your Google Play Store or Apple App Store settings, go to Subscriptions, find Saylore, and tap Cancel. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Send an email to support@saylore.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

What level should I start at?

Take the Placement Test in the app — it will assess your current English level and recommend the best starting point (A1 through C2).

Is Saylore affiliated with IELTS or TOEFL?

No. Saylore is an independent app. Our exam preparation materials are created for practice only and are not official exam content. IELTS and TOEFL are trademarks of their respective owners.

Does the AI tutor replace a real teacher?

Saylore's AI tutor is designed to supplement your learning with practice and explanations. While it adapts to your level and provides corrections, it is not a substitute for certified language instruction.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All communication is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
